1. Withdrawal Period
In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing a reason or paying any penalties.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible:

The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.

3. Return Procedure

4. Return Shipping Costs

For most products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In case of our error (defective product, wrong product), return shipping costs are covered by ElectroSite.
5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

If the returned product does not meet the return policy conditions, no refund will be issued.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
