1. Withdrawal Period

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing a reason or paying any penalties.

Exceptions: Some products cannot be returned, including:

• Opened or used products

• Software / digital content

• Customized or made-to-order items

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible:

• The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.

• All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.

• Proof of purchase (invoice, confirmation email) must be provided.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

• You will receive a return label or the necessary instructions depending on the type of product.
• The product must be returned to the specified address within 14 days of your request.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• For most products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• In case of our error (defective product, wrong product), return shipping costs are covered by ElectroSite.

5. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

• Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

• If the returned product does not meet the return policy conditions, no refund will be issued.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

• Contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos.

• We will proceed with an exchange or a refund according to your choice.
