1. Processing and Shipping Times

  • All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
    Shipments are made Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods and Fees

We offer several delivery options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Delivery – Europe (3 to 5 business days): handled by carriers such as UPS, Chronopost, or DPD.

  • Standard Delivery – Africa (1 to 2 months): handled by the Africa Colis carrier.

  • Express Delivery – Europe (24 to 48 hours): available for selected items.

  • Express Delivery – Africa (3 to 4 weeks): handled by DHL. Please contact us before choosing this option.

  • Home Delivery with Installation: available for large household appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, etc.).

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • the weight and volume of your package,

  • the destination, and

  • the chosen delivery method.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so that you can monitor your shipment online.

4. Delivery of Large Items

  • Large products (major appliances) can be delivered directly to your home.
  • The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.
  • Please ensure that your access points (stairs, doors, elevator, etc.) allow for safe and easy delivery of the product.

5. Receiving Your Package

  • Upon delivery, please check the condition of your package and the product before signing the delivery slip.
  • In the event of damage or irregularity (damaged box, broken item, missing product), please write detailed remarks on the carrier’s delivery note and inform our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt.

6. Delivery Areas

  • We deliver throughout mainland France and the west AFrica.
  • Delivery other destination, may be subject to specific conditions and additional fees — please contact us before placing your order.

7. Returns and Exchanges

  • No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from our customer service department.
